Variety description

Compact shrub 70–90 cm tall and 60–75 cm wide. Leaves are small, lanceolate, serrated, and have a characteristic menthol aroma. Flowering begins in late summer and continues until autumn; flowers are gathered in dense corymbose inflorescences at the ends of shoots.

The plant is an interspecific hybrid of Caryopteris incana and C. mongholica. Shoots are woody and flexible, requiring spring pruning for crown formation. The variety is drought-tolerant and attracts pollinators; it is suitable for planting in borders and growing in containers.
