The plant belongs to the category of late-flowering shrubs: the flowering period occurs from August to October. The shrub forms a dense compact crown, possesses good structural stability and winter hardiness down to -15°C.
Distinctive characteristics are the dark blue color of the inflorescences and the tart aroma of the leaves when rubbed. The variety is used in single and group plantings, container gardening, and also attracts bees and butterflies.
