The variety is a dwarf form with a dense, compact, rounded or conical-rounded crown. The plant is characterized by a slow growth rate, reaching a height of about 1 meter at maturity. The needles are dense, scale-like, and colored in bright yellow or yellow-green tones.
The variety is characterized by frost resistance, withstanding temperatures as low as -30 degrees Celsius; however, covering is recommended for young specimens during the winter period. The crop prefers sites protected from the wind with fertile, moderately moist, and well-drained soil.
It is used in ornamental gardening for decorating small gardens, rock gardens, and flower beds. The variety is also suitable for growing in containers, which allows for its use in landscaping terraces and balconies.
