The plant blooms from September until frost. There is a variety called Dark Yotri (Dark Triumph). The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zones 5–9.

The chrysanthemum is recommended for cultivation in containers and patios. To promote bushiness, pinching of cuttings in early summer is required. The variety is susceptible to rust fungi, including Puccinia lagenophorae.
