The variety Шанг is a medium-height plant 50–60 cm tall with upright, strong stems that do not require staking. The flowers are characterized by a burgundy hue and belong to the spider type.

The plant is used as a pot crop, suitable for cultivation in open field and greenhouse cultivation for cut flowers. Flowering is late, occurring in November. The variety possesses high winter hardiness.
