The variety is a local ecotype adapted to the conditions of Extremadura. The grains have a shape ranging from almost spherical to characteristic for the species; the color varies from yellowish-white to brown, with a predominance of a cream shade. The grain surface is smooth, without folds or roughness.

The variety's produce is distinguished by a high starch content. In comparative trials, the variety demonstrates stable yield indicators and good adaptation to local growing conditions.
