The variety belongs to the escarole type and reaches technical maturity in 50–55 days. The plant has an upright structure, which reduces the risk of basal rot and facilitates the harvesting process. The leaves are characterized by flexibility, a dark green color, and a delicate nutty flavor.

The variety is adapted to cultivation at elevated temperatures and is suitable for open field and protected cultivation, including production from summer to late autumn. The produce is intended for the fresh market, particularly for use in salad mixes.
