The variety belongs to the curly endive (frisée) group. The plant forms a dense rosette with light green thin leaves approximately 20 mm wide, which are characterized by deep cutting and curling. A distinctive feature is the tendency toward light natural blanching of the central part.
The variety is intended for autumn harvest when sown from May to September. The period from sowing to harvest ranges from 2 to 5 months. During cultivation, it is recommended to tie the leaves 15 days before harvest to stimulate blanching of the core and reduce bitterness.
