The plant belongs to the broad-leaved endive (escarole) type. It is large in size and has an upright habit. The leaves are bright green in color with a fine vein structure.

The variety is mid-early and intended for open field cultivation for summer and autumn harvest. The heads have a dense structure and fill well, which simplifies the harvesting process.

An important characteristic of the variety is the high self-blanching ability of the inner part of the rosette. The plant shows resistance to bolting, including during hot growing periods.
