Variety description

10 August 2026

The Crimson Tide F1 watermelon belongs to the Crimson Sweet type and matures on average in 75 days. The fruits have an oval shape and coloring characteristic of this variety type: green with stripes. The plant has a trailing habit, the flesh is distinguished by a bright color and sweet taste.

The hybrid is intended for open field cultivation and is often used in scientific studies as a reference for investigating the effect of rootstocks on yield. The variety exhibits resistance to Fusarium wilt, anthracnose, and downy mildew. Grafting onto Lagenaria or pumpkin hybrid rootstocks increases its adaptability to soil salinity, waterlogging, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring uniform yield harvest.
