The plant belongs to vigorous varieties, forming vines over 3.5 meters long. The fruits have a spherical shape, weigh from 2.5 to 4 kg, and are covered with a dark green rind with narrow stripes.

The flesh of the fruits is brick-red in color and has a sweet taste. The seeds are medium-sized, black, with small irregular streaks. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field, particularly on sandy soils.
