The plant is balanced, possesses good foliage cover and abundant female flowering. Fruits have a uniform shiny black rind color and bright red crisp flesh without fibers. Seeds are practically absent in the fruits, with only small underdeveloped seed coats present.

The variety possesses high resistance to Fusarium wilt Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum race 1. Some data also mention intermediate resistance to this pathogen.
