Fruits of this variety are characterized by a strong degree of ribbing. Waxy bloom on the skin is weak or absent, and the characteristic pattern of stripes on the fruit surface is absent.

The variety is included in international variety testing methodologies and genetic research. It serves as a standard sample for assessing morphological parameters of other varieties within the framework of UPOV and CPVO protocols.
