The Thylacine F1 hybrid is classified in some sources as a mini-watermelon, while in others it is described as a large triploid seedless watermelon with an oval-round shape. The weight of the fruit in the large-fruited variety reaches 8–10 kg, and the flesh is deep red in color.

The variety features high yield and sweet, crisp flesh. The hybrid is characterized by relatively rapid ripening and a wide range of harvest dates. Precise agrotechnical characteristics and data on disease resistance are not published by the manufacturer.
