The variety is an industrial crop intended primarily for seed harvesting and subsequent extraction of essential oil. During the flowering period, plants reach a height of 62–75 cm. The flowering period lasts from 10 to 16 days; the plant is a good honey plant.

Seed yield is 1300–1900 kg/ha. The fruits contain 1.18–1.24% essential oil, consisting primarily of linalool. Oil yield per hectare is 16–22 l/ha.
