The Coliseo F1 hybrid belongs to the Piel de Sapo type and possesses sufficient growth vigor for cultivation on various soil types. The plant is suitable for use in different production cycles both in the open field and in protected cultivation.
The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew and is one of the first commercial varieties with intermediate resistance to cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus. The fruits are characterized by the presence of netting on the rind and high taste qualities, which makes them suitable for the fresh market.
