Donelo F1 melon is an early-maturing pineapple-type hybrid intended for open field cultivation during the spring season. The plant features medium to high vigor, and the growing season lasts from 70 to 75 days.
The fruits are oval-shaped with a yellow surface color. Fruit weight ranges from 2 to 5 kg. The flesh is orange in color and is characterized by high sweetness and aroma, with a sugar content on the Brix scale of 12–13%. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption.
