The Gibson RZ F1 hybrid is a balanced plant with early maturity. The fruits have an oval shape, with characteristic external features including the presence of stripes and a pronounced net on the rind. The flesh of the fruit is distinguished by an intense orange color and a sweet taste.
The plant possesses high and intermediate resistance to a number of diseases, including Fusarium oxysporum races 0, 1, 2, powdery mildew races 2, 3, 3.5, 5, as well as vascular system infections caused by Acremonium. The hybrid is adapted for cultivation both in open field and in greenhouses, and belongs to a product type with a long shelf life.
