Early-ripening variety, the period from planting to harvest is 75–90 days. The plant is of the vining type with vigorous growth, suitable for cultivation in the open field and containers.
Fruits have a weight of 1 to 2.5 kg. The skin is dark green in color, changing shade to orange or yellowish upon ripening. The flesh is orange, juicy, sweet, with a pronounced aroma and a small seed cavity.
The variety is an heirloom, for table use. With excess moisture during the full ripening period, the fruits are prone to cracking.
