The Galia type melon possesses a powerful root system, which ensures intensive fruit setting. The variety demonstrates concentrated yield return and uniformity of fruit size.
The plant possesses tolerance to leaf miners. Under conditions of long-term storage, the fruits may be susceptible to infection by fungal diseases, in particular Fusarium spp., which is due to the physiological characteristics of this type of melon.
