The Osorio variety belongs to the Piel de Sapo type and is distinguished by dark green, often wrinkled fruit skin. The hybrid possesses good fruit setting and high crop quality with increased sugar content levels.
The plant has high resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 0, 1) and Melon necrotic spot virus. The variety also has intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. The hybrid does not have specific resistance to aphids.
The variety is intended for professional production and, in Spanish conditions, belongs to the mid-early crop segment.
