The Sagami RZ F1 melon belongs to the «Asian Jewels» collection. The fruit has green flesh and is distinguished by a pronounced net on the skin surface, juiciness, and aroma. Fruit weight varies from 1.2 to 2.0 kg.
The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to Fusarium oxysporum (Fom:0,2) and intermediate resistance (IR) to powdery mildew (Px:2). The hybrid is intended for professional cultivation in greenhouses or open field; vertical culture is permitted.
