Fruits of the Sunpeek variety have a round-oval shape and a weight from 1.8 to 2.3 kg. A unique feature of the variety is the purple flesh color, which is unusual for the crop.
The variety possesses high resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 0, 1, 2) and intermediate resistance to powdery mildew (races 1, 2, 5) and Golovinomyces cichoracearum. Intended for professional cultivation for the fresh market.
