The Taigeto RZ F1 hybrid belongs to the Galia type and is characterized by a vigorous, viable plant that provides stable fruit setting. Fruits weighing about 1.5 kg are covered with an intense netting pattern, possess high size uniformity and excellent taste qualities.

The plant possesses high resistance to Melon necrotic spot virus and Fusarium wilt, as well as intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. The hybrid belongs to the ESL category, which ensures the fruits have a long shelf life and suitability for transport, especially with late planting dates.
