The Valdemar F1 hybrid is the successor to the Valverde F1 variety, retaining its quality characteristics while offering an improved resistance profile. The plant has medium vigor and is intended primarily for greenhouse cultivation, particularly in Spanish conditions.
The fruits belong to the Piel de Sapo type and are distinguished by high uniformity in shape and size, as well as characteristic longitudinal ribbing. The hybrid possesses complex resistance to powdery mildew, Fusarium wilt, Melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV), and aphids due to the presence of the VAT gene.
