The fruits of this variety have a nearly round shape and are covered with a light netting. The flesh is orange-yellow in color, the seed cavity is small. The average weight of one fruit is just under 2 kg.
The variety is distinguished by a firm rind, which contributes to good transportability. Currently, it is maintained in the collections of the Nordic Genetic Resource Center as part of projects for the conservation of historical northern varieties.
