The fruits of this variety have a cylindrical shape and a smooth surface; their length is 10–13 cm. The flesh of the fruits is crisp and juicy, retaining its taste qualities for a long time without becoming bitter or tough, even when mature.

The plant is vigorous and highly productive, capable of fruiting over a long period. The variety possesses some resistance to bacterial wilt transmitted by cucumber beetles.

The variety has a universal purpose: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for pickling. In Italy, this variety is also known by the names Bianco Moscatello and Piccolo bianco di Parigi.
