Erlend F1 is an early-ripening indeterminate open-type hybrid with short side shoots and a balanced compact bush. The plant is characterized by a bouquet type of fruiting, in which 2 to 4 ovaries are formed in each leaf axil, which persist even under stress conditions.

The cylindrical fruits reach a length of 10–13 cm and a mass of 100–130 g. The surface of the cucumbers is tuberculate, shiny, with distinct spines, and without light stripes. The hybrid is resistant to deformation when overgrown, has good keeping quality and suitability for transport.

The plant has high resistance to Cladosporium cucumerinum, as well as an average degree of resistance to powdery mildew and Cucumber mosaic virus. The hybrid is intended for cultivation in film greenhouses; the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and canning.
