The Midios F1 hybrid belongs to the category of short-fruited and medium-fruited cucumbers. The variety demonstrates early maturation timing, allowing harvest to begin 8–10 days earlier than standard long-fruited smooth cucumbers.

The plant possesses high (HR) and intermediate (IR) resistance to a complex of diseases, including Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Cucumber vein yellowing virus (CVYV), Powdery mildew (PM), Cladosporium cucumerinum (Ccu), as well as Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus (CYSDV).
