The variety belongs to the slicing type group intended for slicing, unlike small-warted varieties for pickling. The plant is adapted for use in protected cultivation and professional greenhouse complexes.
In agronomic publications, the variety is noted for possessing resistance to a number of fungal diseases, including four types of mycoses. During the 1980s–90s, the variety was actively used in regions with warm climates, in particular, in "parral"-type plastic greenhouses.
