Moder F1 is a vigorous plant with shortened internodes and short lateral shoots. The period from germination to the onset of fruiting is 30–33 days. Up to 5 fruits are formed in each leaf axil.
The fruits are cylindrical in shape, have a deep green color, and contain no cavities. The length of the fruit is 12–14 cm with an average weight of about 90 g. The hybrid is characterized by versatile use; the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and pickling.
The plant possesses high resistance to cucumber mosaic virus, cucumber vein yellowing virus, Cladosporium cucumerinum, powdery mildew, downy mildew, and root rots. The hybrid is adapted to high temperatures and stressful growing conditions.
