The fruits of this group change color during the ripening process: from dark green they become golden-yellow, and at full maturity their skin acquires a brown shade with a characteristic net-like structure or cracks.
The plants are distinguished by vigorous growth and high resistance to diseases, including powdery mildew. The fruits have good keeping quality and can be used both at a young stage and upon reaching full maturity for canning or culinary purposes.
