The hybrid Солют F1 (Solut F1) is a parthenocarpic gherkin-type plant with shortened internodes, each forming 3–5 fruits. The ripening period is 30–35 days from emergence. The fruits are dark green, firm, without voids or bitterness, 10–14 cm long, suitable for fresh consumption and canning. The plant is capable of producing a yield at low temperatures and is recommended for open field and protected cultivation with a planting density of about 3 plants per 1 sq. m.

There is also a bee-pollinated hybrid named Салют F1. This is a mid-early indeterminate plant that begins fruiting on the 54–56th day. The cylindrical fruits are 13–15 cm long, green with barely noticeable light stripes, and are distinguished by a sweet taste.
