The Russian hybrid "София F1" is an ultra-early parthenocarpic plant with a female flowering type. Its fruits reach 10–12 cm in length with a mass of up to 100 g, forming 2–3 ovaries per node. The plant is characterized by shade tolerance, cold resistance, and suitability for fresh consumption and canning.

International variants of the hybrid "Sofia F1" differ in morphological traits: fruit length varies from 15 to 25 cm, and mass from 100 to 200 g. This type of plant also belongs to the female flowering type and possesses claimed high yield and disease resistance.
