Tulga is an early hybrid with a powerful root system and strong habit, forming shortened internodes. Semi-multi ovaries are formed in the nodes.

The fruits have a cylindrical shape, a length of 9–11 cm, a green color without light stripes, and a prickly surface. There are no internal voids, and the fruits possess good transportability and keeping quality.

The plant is resistant to powdery mildew and cucumber mosaic virus. The hybrid is adapted to hot summer conditions and fruits stably during the spring and autumn periods.
