The plant is vigorous, climbing, forms vines up to 4 meters long or more, and is capable of rooting at the nodes. The variety is mid-season or mid-early; the growing period is about 110 days. The fruits have a characteristic curved, snake-like shape; their weight varies from 2 to 8 kg. The seed cavity is located in the expanded part of the fruit, while the long "neck" is filled with dense, seedless flesh.
