Atena Polka F1 is an early-maturing hybrid of zucchini squash with a growing period of 45–55 days. The plant forms a compact bush. The fruits have a club-shaped form and golden-orange skin color; the flesh is firm, cream-colored. The fruits reach marketable maturity at a length of 18–20 cm.
The variety possesses resistance to downy mildew and other diseases. Due to partial parthenocarpy, the plant is capable of setting fruits under unfavorable conditions. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and canning; young fruits and flowers are used in cooking.
