The plant is of the long-vined type. The fruits have a round-cylindrical shape and a weight from 0.4 to 0.6 kg. To manifest the effect of pulp separation into fibers, the fruits must be harvested after they have acquired a yellow color.
The period from germination to harvest, suitable for culinary use as "spaghetti," is 120–130 days, which is approximately two weeks faster than traditional varieties of this type. The variety is distinguished by high yield, uniform ripening, and good keeping quality during storage.
Intended for culinary processing. The recommended preparation method consists of boiling the whole fruit in boiling water for 30 minutes, followed by extracting the seeds and fibrous pulp.
