The Goldneck squash variety belongs to the crookneck summer squash type. The plant possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum.

This resistance is maintained even with concurrent infestation of the plant by the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita. Other morphological characteristics or yield data for the variety are absent in available agronomic sources.
