Honey Bear F1 belongs to the group of acorn squashes. The plant forms a compact bush 60–75 cm in height with a spread diameter of 1.2 to 1.5 meters. The fruit ripening period is 85–100 days from sowing.
The fruits have a ribbed surface and dark green color. The flesh is distinguished by a high sugar content, which ensures a sweet taste. The variety has a pronounced resistance to powdery mildew, which allows the fruiting period to be extended until autumn.
Due to their small size, the fruits are suitable for portioned baking. The variety is intended for consumption in a mature state and is suitable for long-term storage, which distinguishes it from summer squashes and zucchinis.
