Kheppi Men F1 is an early-maturing hybrid with a maturation period of 42–44 days after seedling emergence. The plant forms a vigorous branched bush. The hybrid possesses immunity to a wide spectrum of viral diseases.
The cylindrical fruits reach 17–18 cm in length. In technical maturity, they have a cream color, and in biological maturity, a light lime-green color. The fruit surface has a slight sheen, the skin is thin, and the flesh is juicy and tender. The fruits are uniform and easily separated from the peduncle.
The crop is suitable for open-field cultivation; for the production of extra-early yields, the use of film covers or agricultural fabric is recommended. The variety is for universal use, suitable for frying, boiling, stewing, preserving, and the preparation of squash caviar.
