The variety forms a vigorous bush-type plant, in some cases exhibiting a slightly trailing growth habit. Fruiting begins approximately 50 days after emergence and continues until the onset of frost.

The fruits have a long cylindrical shape, 20–30 cm in length and weighing from 0.7 to 1.5 kg. The skin is thin, light green in color, sometimes with an olive hue. The flesh is white and has a buttery consistency.

The variety belongs to the traditional (heirloom) category and is considered undemanding to cultivate. Suitable for use in home gardening, commercial production, and restaurant gastronomy, including for the consumption of flowers with ovaries.
