The plant belongs to the Rondini type and is characterized by long shoots, reaching a height of 45 to 60 cm. The fruits have smooth skin, their diameter is about 6–8 cm. The flesh is distinguished by an intense flavor with hints of artichoke.

The variety is intended for culinary use, in particular for stuffing, frying, or baking pies. Vertical cultivation is possible. When planting, it is recommended to maintain a distance between plants of 1.8 to 2.4 meters.
