The plant has a bushy, and eventually semi-trailing, growth habit. The oval-shaped fruits reach a mass of 1.5–2.0 kg. During the ripening process, the fruit color changes from green to yellow-orange.
The flesh of the ripe fruit breaks down into coarse strands resembling spaghetti after cooking. This variety is intended for culinary use as a "spaghetti squash" for preparing casseroles and other dishes.
