The plant is of the long-vined type. Fruits have an oval or cylindrical shape and light cream-colored rind upon reaching biological maturity.

The growing season lasts from 85 to 100 days. A feature of the variety is the flesh structure, which, when boiled or baked, easily breaks down into fibers with a neutral, slightly sweet taste. The fruits are characterized by good keeping quality and can be stored until spring.
