The plant is a bush capable of forming runners up to 1.5 meters long. The fruits have a cylindrical or oval-cylindrical shape and tender cream or light-yellow flesh. The weight of the fruits varies from 0.4–0.8 kg at technical maturity to 2–4 kg upon reaching full maturity.

The variety is demanding of light, heat, and moisture, while possessing drought tolerance. Young fruits are suitable for culinary processing and canning, while fully ripened fruits can be used for fodder purposes.
