The variety belongs to the artichoke crop, although in a number of databases it may be mentioned in the context of cardoon (Cynara cardunculus), as both plants belong to the same botanical species.

Detailed agronomic descriptions of the variety, including maturity indices, growth characteristics, or disease resistance, are absent from open publications. The variety appeared as commercial in documents; however, publications from 2017 noted its removal from registries.
