The dahlia variety Frikolet is a tall plant reaching 140 cm in height. The inflorescences are double, shaped as flower heads 14–15 cm in diameter. The plant's petals have a pointed, needle-like shape, which is characteristic of the cactus group.

The color scheme of the inflorescences is bicolor: the base tone of the petals is moderately red, and their tips are colored white. The plant is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and pests. The flowering period lasts from the beginning of summer to October; the variety is suitable for cutting.
