The variety is reproductive (not an F1 hybrid), which allows the use of seeds for subsequent propagation. The crop development period is approximately 110 days. The foliage is characterized by medium length (about 45.5 cm) and high soil coverage ability.

The roots reach a length of 16–18 cm and have a cylindrical shape with a slight taper at the tip. The surface is smooth and bright orange in color after washing. The core matches the flesh in color; the variety is noted for its sweet taste, resistance to snapping, and shape stability.

Bollin is suitable for both early cultivation for bunching and for long-term storage. The variety has passed bioverita certification as a product of organic breeding.
