The period from germination to technical maturity is 85–90 to 100–110 days. The root crops have a truncated conical, barrel-like shape; their length is 15–17 cm, diameter is 4–6 cm, and weight varies from 100–150 to 200–250 g. The color of the surface, flesh, and core is orange.

The plant is herbaceous, with a semi-spreading leaf rosette; height is 0.15–0.3 m. The flesh is juicy, with a carotene content of up to 20–25 mg per 100 g. The variety is resistant to diseases, cracking, and bolting; it is adapted to drought, cold snaps, and heavy or stony soils.

The variety is universal: it is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, freezing, and juice production. It possesses good keeping quality during winter storage and is suitable for transportation.
